By accessing or using VouchMatch (www.vouchmatch.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About VouchMatch

VouchMatch is a subsidiary brand of TechAlpha Global Innovations, a company registered in Hyderabad, India. VouchMatch operates as a verified tech talent interview and placement platform, connecting assessed candidates with client companies seeking technology professionals.

To register on VouchMatch as a candidate, you must:

3. Account Registration

When creating an account on VouchMatch, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. VouchMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

VouchMatch has a strict zero-tolerance policy for proxy interviews. By registering and participating in any VouchMatch assessment, you agree that:

5. Payment Terms

VouchMatch offers paid verification plans. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the following:

5A. Success Plan — Refund & Bonus Conditions

Under the Success Plan, the candidate pays ₹24,999 (GST inclusive) upfront. The fee is refunded and a ₹50,000 bonus is paid only when ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. The candidate clears the VouchMatch technical evaluation (minimum 8/10 score).
  2. The candidate is shortlisted and placed by TechAlpha Global Innovations to a client opportunity.
  3. The candidate clears the client-side selection interview on the 1st or 2nd attempt on their own — meaning the candidate attended client interviews independently, without proxy, without coaching on actual client questions, and without unauthorized assistance from VouchMatch staff or third parties. VouchMatch does not encourage proxy or malpractice.
  4. The candidate joins TechAlpha Global Innovations payroll and completes 3 continuous months of employment without resignation, termination, or any break in service.

Upon meeting all conditions:

Forfeit conditions: Failure to meet any of the above conditions — including (but not limited to) failing the client interview on the 3rd or later attempt, requiring VouchMatch coaching on actual client questions, proxy interviews, or any reason for not completing 3 continuous months on payroll (resignation, termination, or break in service) — forfeits the refund and bonus entirely. No partial refund will be issued under any circumstances. VouchMatch's determination on whether conditions are met is final and not subject to appeal.

6. Interview Scoring

All assessments are conducted by VouchMatch's internal and external technical panels. Scores are assigned objectively based on technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and communication. A minimum score of 8/10 is required to enter the client hiring pipeline. VouchMatch's scoring decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

7. Placement & Matching Disclaimer

Placement disclaimer: VouchMatch is a verification and matching platform — we do not guarantee jobs or placements. Your payment unlocks technical interviews, the Vouched badge (on success), and direct hiring manager access. Placement depends on your interview performance, profile fit, and active client requirements at the time. Refunds and bonuses apply only under the Success Plan terms set out in section 5A.

TechAlpha Global Innovations will make reasonable efforts to match verified candidates to suitable client opportunities, but placement is subject to client requirements, candidate fit, and market conditions. VouchMatch is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from failure to be placed, including loss of earnings, opportunity cost, or any other claim.

8. Privacy & Data

By using VouchMatch, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data including name, contact details, educational background, skills, and resume will be shared with relevant client companies for placement purposes. VouchMatch does not sell personal data to third parties.

Account Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time from within the VouchMatch mobile app (Settings → Delete my account) or by emailing legal@vouchmatch.in. Upon request, your account enters a 7-day grace period during which you may cancel the deletion by signing back in. After 7 days, your profile, interviews, and applications are permanently deleted. Payment records are retained for tax and audit compliance as required by Indian law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on VouchMatch including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of TechAlpha Global Innovations and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

VouchMatch and TechAlpha Global Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant plan.

11. Termination

VouchMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of fraudulent activity, proxy interviews, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms. No refund will be issued upon termination due to policy violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of VouchMatch shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
